Job Title: Trainee / Associate / Junior ERP / SAP Consultants

Qualification: Any Graduate / PostGraduate / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MBA / MCM (Any Specialization, Mechanical, Production, Operations, Electronics, Instrumentation, Supply Chain, Industrial)

Job Description:

· Upon selection, the candidates will be provided extensive Project phase training for 6 months in the areas of:

a) Business processes

b) ERP architecture

c) Enterprise consulting

d) Professional consulting

e) ERP Implementation process

· Respective ERP (SAP/IFS) module: FI, SD, MM, PP,QM,PM

· We are considering students from IT and Industrial background for an ERP management trainee position (min. 6 months).

· If their performance is found to be satisfactory, we will engage them in the SAP or IFS teams.

Candidate Profile:

· Programming languages – C,C++ Programming.

· Database Knowledge.

· Ideal candidate should have completed Engineering.

· The candidate could also have appropriate domain experience in any of the following business activities:

a) Purchasing

b) Inventory management

c) Production planning

d) Sales

e) Logistics and Distribution

f) Quality management

g) Supply chain management

· Exposure to any ERP solution (even if customized) an advantage.

· Prior exposure to IFS ERP OR SAP will be a huge plus.

· Industry background from Automobile, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals a huge plus.

· Immediate joining preferred.

· Good Knowledge about basic processes (development or industrial processes etc.) will be better.

· Good grades 60% and above preferred.

Desired Profiles:

· Good understanding of typical business processes.

· Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.

· Good command over English.

· Highly adaptable and a fast learner.

· Excellent ability to work in a team environment.

· Good people skills.

· Good command over Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS-Project).

· Good time management skills.

· Target oriented approach.

· Industry background from Automobile, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals a huge plus.

· Excellent Communication Skills (English Written and Oral Communication).

Experience: Fresher

Contract: 36 months service agreement is obligatory for fresher’s.
