If so, this may be the job for you. We are looking for a detail oriented, creative, organized, and self-driven person to help us deliver best in class software to our customers.
As part of the team, you will own the quality aspects of all our projects. This includes writing test plans, executing tests, logging bugs, and directing test automation.
What you'll do
Perform end to end testing for each of the features and stories delivered.
Have complete understanding of the project and details about each feature you are testing.
Communicate with project owners, developers and the rest of the team.
Provide daily updates to related teams on progress against the timelines and goals, escalating schedule risks as needed.
Participate in daily Agile / Scrum stand up meetings.
Create and manage test plans which may include timelines, estimating, prioritization, ticketing, and shared resources scheduling.
Own the quality of live code and drive hotfix releases to correct it.
Create automation scripts
Debug automation test failures and test environment issues.
What you need to have
Creativity in generating test cases/plans and relentless focus executing them.
A Detail Oriented approach.
Ability to build test plans and manually run test cases.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Internet/Web technologies, such as web browsers, HTTP, HTML, and SQL.
Ability to work in fast paced Agile / Scrum release cycles.
Knowledge of mobile testing would be an added advantage.
