Required:

- 1-3 years of strong knowledge and hands-on in Core PHP, OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and Core Java

- Strong knowledge and hands-on in MySQL table & query

- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON

- Experience of working with third-party APIs and web services

- Writing of fully optimized code for optimum performance and efficiency

- Ability to understand, analyze and estimate requirements and discuss these with customers and counterparts directly

- Experience of working in onsite-offshore model

- Good written and spoken communication skills

- Self-driven in taking the lead in planning of the development/implementation tasks

- Take on multiple projects varying in size and complexity

- Mentor to junior developers

- Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology

- Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines

- Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking

- Ability to handle a team of 2-5 people including self and drive them to successful delivery of projects/assignments

- Promote continuous improvement

Must-have:

- Worked with at least one of these frameworks

- Zend Framework

- CodeIgniter

- Symfony

- CakePHP

AND

Worked with at least one of these systems

- Typo3

- Joomla

- Wordpress

- Magento

Nice to have

- Spring & Spring-Data
