Job description -
-Any graduate with experience in technical support (troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, printers, VPN, blackberry, windows xp, windows 7 etc)
-Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English;
-Should have hands on experience in Networking & Windows server 2003 & 2008
- Must have Knowledge in SQL database.
-Must have experience in Application Technical Support


Experience- 2- 7 yrs
Job location- Pune

Should be willing to work in night shifts and sign one year service agreement.
