Educational qualifications and Experience:
Graduate in any field, with 2 -4 years of experience.
The role will be required to provide the process & product quality assurance to projects
Should have hands on knowledge on software delivery and life cycle processes and related standards and models
Should be able to draw PPQA plans for the project and monitor & report QA activities for assigned projects
Should have supported 8-10 projects as SQA or Process Support
Should possess good communication and team management skills
Participate in customer Quality reviews and process improvement initiatives at project level
Assist PO/ PM in process tailoring and establishing project's software development process based on SLK processes and customer/ project specific requirements
Support PMs in process activities Planning, Estimation, Risks management and Reviews.
Project level metrics collection and analysis
Ensure project's adherence to QMS and Projects' defined software processes.
Working knowledge on ALM tools such as TFS, VerionOne etc.
Knowledge of Business processes for specific project
Review project's planning documents and engineering artifacts.
Driving improvement initiatives with in the projects.
