Required Skills:

· Active directory – Domain , AD groups ,AD
computer and users accounts, Trusts ,Migration of AD User accounts

· MS Office 97 ,2000 and 2003 – MS Visio, MS
Access for database connectivity

· MS Outlook 2003 – Delegation of mail box, Configure
additional mailboxes ,Outlook Exchange connectivity, Archiving

· VPN – ( Nortel ) Concepts and troubleshooting,
client

· Citrix client troubleshooting

· Wireless adaptor – Configuration and
troubleshooting

· Basic knowledge of SMS / Radia

· Database - Oracle client troubleshooting

· SAP GUI – Configuration and troubleshooting SAP
GUI

· OS troubleshooting mainly IE related issues and
performance issues

· McAfee Endpoint Encryption Client End

Effective communication skills in both verbal
and written English, must be able to understand various foreign accent,
experienced in handling UK/US users only
Willingness to work in shifts
Very Client focused with regards to service
delivery
Self-driven and able to work by yourself or
within a team
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the
ability to think logically through a problem)
Ability to prioritize tickets/work requests
Must have the initiative, tenacity and
commitment to see issues and problems through to resolution
Must be versatile and able to adjust to different
target audiences

Desired Skills:

MCSE Certification in Windows 2000, 2003
Knowledge of Active Directory 2003.
An understanding of Remedy/EARS or any such tool
Ability to write SQL queries
Scripting Knowledge using Kix script, Vbscript,VB etc , Ability in
writing Macros in VB
