VBA Automation for GMG team
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with various teams in GMG to understand different processes & explore possibilities wherever automation can reduce considerable manual effort.
Job Description
* Automating projects using VBA in Excel/Word
* Creating databases in MS Access/SQL.
* Providing support & making enhancements in existing macros used by the team.

Desired Skill set:
* Graduates with 1-2 years' experience in coding using VBA in Excel/Word/
* Must have deep understanding of spreadsheet application design that interact robustly with users, should be able to provide solutions using macros.
* Comfortable in using control structures in VBA and should be well versed with the VBA IDE.
* Detailed knowledge of VBA to be able to write modules from scratch, including ability to work comfortably on forms, controls & objects.
* Good understanding of events, classes, methods & properties and should be able to use all control structures completely in sync with Excel object model.
* Should be able to work well with nested if conditions, loops, creating private functions, event based procedures, etc.,
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (SUMPRODUCT, INDEX+MATCH, LOOKUP, Array Formulas, Charting, linking sheets, data references, etc.,)
* Advanced knowledge of Word (Mail Merging, creating Table of contents, tracking changes, creating advanced templates, etc.,
* Any course undertaken for VBA/Macros would be an added advantage
* Excellent communication skills
