1. Candidate should be good in android application development.
2. Should be good in communication.
3. Should have good problem solving attitude.
4. Should know - how to work with - JSON, REST web services, SQLite DB, GCM, broadcast receivers, layouts, asynctasks etc.
5. Should have done some project in android.
6. Any Qualification, but should know written and verbal communication well.
7. Compensation depends on the performance and knowledge.
