Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate that require little to No supervision, driven, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-task, learns quickly, can adapt and can work in a very fast paced product development environment building a Rapid Application Development Platform. We are looking for a candidate that has solid background in software development in Java. Candidate should also be self-motivated, enthusiastic, quick learner, capable of adapting to our high demanding culture and able to work in very dynamic environment.
1. Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
2. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
3. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
4. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
5. Prepare and produce releases of software components.
6. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Technical Skill Requirement
1. Java- Minimum 0-3 years of exp. Working on Java applications, good grasp of the language and basic
Object Orientation concepts:
* Understanding of Java 8 features (Lambda Expressions, Multiple Inheritance, Functional Interface, New Time API)
* Good Understanding of Core Java Features (Collection Frameworks, File I/O)
* Good Understanding of Java Servlets and JDBC Frameworks
2. Good Understanding of Web 2.0 (AJAX)
Concepts -
* JavaScript / XML / JSON / Asynchronous HTTP Requests.
* Experience in Google GWT / Sencha Ext JS / GXT will be a preferred.
#Good Understanding of Relational Databases and Database Modeling & Design
#Understanding Spring features like Dependency Injection
#Understanding of JPA (Java Persistence API) and Knowledge of JPA drivers like Hibernate / Eclipse Link etc.
#Understanding of Web Services - REST / SOAP and WSDL #Practical usage of Object Oriented Principles
Other Requirement
1. Knowledge of good programming practices
2. Expected to prioritize workload and meet multiple project deadlines.
3. Expected to adapt in dynamic and collaborative work environment and make independent decision.
4. Will work with project architect and /or Technical or Feature lead to confirm and substantiate function and technical designs.
5. Expected to learn and deploy new technologies as needed.
6. Understanding of application layering (Service Layer, Business Logic Layer, Database Persistence Layer)
7. Follows and enforces the coding standards as established.
8. Code Quality is more important than a badly written functional code.
9. Good understanding working in Agile Development Model.

1. Understanding of Smart Devices technologies (Android, iOS)
